About the Event

This is the 2nd time I am running this workshop that encompasses so many relevant topics for women to focus on when understanding themselves. Anita Johnson takes us on a journey through metaphor and story telling helping us to draw connections to our complicated relationship with food and our bodies.

This book covers topics from uncovering femininity, accepting our emotions, our relationships with our 'mothers', our inner voices and so much more.

One way for us to engage in wellness and keep on track is to do "homework" between sessions and stay connected to our goals. I am running this workshop in April and would like to encourage anyone interested to sign up and read along with me in the weeks coming up to the event.

Starting January 12th we will read assigned chapters together until April 13th

A short email reminder each week will be sent to participants to help encourage us all to engage in this wonderful book. This is not a requirement to attend the group- but would definitely make the workshop that much more meaningful.

This book is not only meant for those diagnosed with Eating Disorders. This book is about helping all women transform their relationships with food, their bodies and so much more.

"This is easily one of the most amazing books I have ever read. Whether you are in recovery for an eating disorder or not, it is truly a book about the beauty of women and our inner strength. My copy is covered in notes and insights, and it has become a key tool of my recovery. I cannot recommend this book highly enough."

Investment is $90.00 per person- this includes the accompanying materials from workshop. .
