About the event
We @ CCP recognize how the changes that come with pregancy can often lead us to feel disconnected from our bodies. Our clients can often struggle with feelings of shame around their bodies prior to pregnancy and this beautiful time of growth may lead to a resurgence of these thoughts. We have added this programming to help bring in the connection, focus and nurturance needed during this time.
Welcome in balance and ease to your body and your growing baby through a gentle yoga practice by focusing on restorative postures and mental centering. This class will include breathwork which is calming for you and your baby, guided meditation and gentle asana to encourage flexibility and ease in the physical body and your nervous system.
