One on one Yoga with Kate
One on one or 2 with one private classes empower you with approaching your yoga from a more confident place. In these classes Kate will be there to guide you into correct alignment in every pose you work through, enabling you to work towards your personal needs and goals for the practice.

About the event
This is the perfect way for you and I to customize your yoga practice!
It will allow you to work on postures and stretches which are best
suited for your body and level of yoga experience.
It empowers you with approaching your yoga from a more confident place.
I will be there to guide you into correct alignment in every pose we work through,
enabling us to work towards your personal needs and goals for the practice.
Tight hips? Low back pain? Recurring headaches? Shoulder mobility challenges?
Once I understand what you are hoping to gain out of the session,
I will customize a sequence specifically for you and your needs.
To begin, once registered, we should have a quick touchpoint to establish your goals,
so I can build your sequence for when we meet. This can be whichever method is most
convenient and comfortable for you. Email, phone, zoom, in person etc. I want you to
feel at ease, because yoga is your practice, and you need to feel secure in order to heal;
and I cannot think of a better place than CCP for us to share space for your practice.
Once we go over your needs, we can schedule the session, and I will create your sequence.
This same sequence can be utilized in sessions to follow if that is your goal, or we can build
upon it, or change it entirely depending on how your experience was, during and afterwards.
I will provide you with my direct feedback throughout the session, so you never
need to worry about any potential injury or if your alignment requires adjustments.
Your own level of yoga experience can range from the absolute beginner to intermediate based on
I am also able to lead you in meditation and pranayama (breathwork) if this is more desirable
versus asana (physical) yoga practice.
