Join us for a support and education group aimed to help empower parents, spouses, friends and other carers of those battling Mental Illness.

- Boundary Setting
- Anxiety monitoring
- Self Care
- and more related topics.
The group will encourage conversation and support amongst members and have plenty of time for Q and A.
