About the event

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. One way for us to engage in wellness and keep on track is to do "homework" between sessions and stay connected to our goals. I am running this workshop in July and would like to encourage anyone interested to sign up and read along with me in the weeks coming up to the event. Starting May 7th we will read assigned chapters together until July 8th.

A short email reminder each week will be sent to participants to help encourage us all to engage in this wonderful book. This is not a requirement to attend the group- but would definitely make the workshop that much more meaningful.

This book is not only meant for those diagnosed with Eating Disorders. This book is about helping all women transform their relationships with food, their bodies and so much more. Feel free to read more reviews like the one below by following the link.

"This is easily one of the most amazing books I have ever read. Whether you are in recovery for an eating disorder or not, it is truly a book about the beauty of women and our inner strength. My copy is covered in notes and insights, and it has become a key tool of my recovery. I cannot recommend this book highly enough."
