Connection, Care & Postpartum

We are thrilled to finally offer the group we have been talking about for years. Connection, Care and Postpartum aims to be a nurturing and supportive space for new moms and their babies to connect, share, and feel less alone during the postpartum transition. We have seen firsthand how isolating it can be when our lives change after welcoming a newborn. After years of supporting new parents, we are ready to welcome you to our space, offer you a tea, a comfortable place to set your baby down, and meet like-minded mothers in a supportive environment.

Led by Marcia Nazartchyk and Remi Long (both Registered Psychotherapists), this semi-structured group offers a consistent place to talk openly about the joys and challenges of new motherhood, build community, and receive the critical emotional support every mother needs during this period.
