About the Event

2020 has been a wild ride forcing us to live in the unknown and experience tremendous loss. We are seeing higher rates of anxiety, feelings of hopelessness and fear along with fatigue, stress and burn out. Community and support is crucial during this time and this group aims to offer a safe environment to discuss strategies to foster hope and build resilience. 

This group is appropriate for those who maybe experiencing the following:

-Feelings of loss.

-Feelings of anxiety and fear.

-Feelings of stress and burnt out.

Topics covered include:

-Grief (identifying the role of loss in your life right now).

-Anxiety cycle and its role in your life. 

-Coping (what is coming up and what do we do with it). 

-Resilience ( how to build resilience in the face of extreme burn out and uncertainty) .

The goal of the group is to maintain as much sense of community as possible. We will encourage participants to log on with their cameras on, a comfy spot and a warm drink.
