About the event
Meal Support with Tracey is a gentle, supportive program designed for individuals who need a safe and understanding space to practice eating. Whether meals bring up anxiety, guilt, fear, or emotional distress, this program offers calm, non-judgmental support while you work toward building a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food.
During meal support sessions, Tracey sits alongside you (virtually or in person, depending on your setup) to provide encouragement, grounding strategies, and emotional support before, during, and after eating. The focus is not on calories, weight, or “perfect” eating — it’s on helping you feel more regulated, more confident, and less alone at mealtimes.
This program can be helpful for individuals who are:
Recovering from disordered eating or an eating disorder
Experiencing high anxiety around meals or specific foods
